Returns and Exchanges
The Canadian BJJ Shop aims to provide our customers with satisfactory orders. If you have recently made a purchase on our website and are not satisfied with any item(s), please return the product(s) in its original condition (unused or worn, sale tags attached, parts and accessories included, and in the original shipped package) following our Return or Exchange Policy guidelines. Canadian BJJ Shop reserves the right to deny a return if the item(s) are returned used, worn, or damaged in any way.
All return or exchange requests should be made within 30 days of the order completion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are eligible for sale items.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend that you send the items back using the most cost-effective method which includes tracking.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you would like to return or exchange, along with your shipment or order number. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email notification upon the receipt and inspection of your return. Refunds will be processed and returned automatically to your credit card or original payment method.
We make every effort to ensure that the stock is accurate at the time of purchase. In the case that the item(s) you have purchased becomes unavailable after the order has been finalized, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the order receipt for items purchased on the Canadian BJJ Shop website.
Exchanges can be made for defective or damaged items, and of the same item purchased given that stock of that item is available. Store credit will be issued in the case that the item is sold out on the site.
You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange process.
Once an order placed on the Canadian BJJ Shop has been processed, customers will receive a notification email concerning shipping and tracking updates. In the case that you did not receive an email, or if it has been longer than 30 days and you have not yet received your package, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDER
In the case of faulty items, or if you have received the incorrect order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the order or help you replace the damaged item. Please include your order or shipment number, any photos of the faulty item(s), and any other relevant information regarding the issue.
